Cluster headaches REALLY HURT!!!!!

(One doctor told me that I had cluster headaches, rather than simple migraines, but another said, that real cluster headaches were MUCH MUCH more painful than the piercing eye/head pain that I had felt)

In any case, when Ibuprofen does not work, there is only one kind of medication that gives me relief here in Japan.
